These terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your bet1770 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit documents including a copy of your National ID Card, utility bill, or bank statement to verify your identity, address, and payment method ownership before withdrawals can be processed. Deposit Limits and Processing
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; these are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits are credited to your bet1770 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bet1770 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
Currency
All transactions on bet1770 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a payment provider applies a currency conversion, the exchange rate applied is set by that provider and is beyond bet1770's control. bet1770 is not liable for exchange rate losses.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳200, deducted from the available balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be deactivated. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied.

Betting Rules
Placing Bets
A bet is accepted and binding only when bet1770 confirms it with a unique bet reference number displayed in your bet slip and account betting history. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted correctly before the relevant event begins.
Bet Cancellation
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a Cash Out option is available and displayed on the active bet. bet1770 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error, including cases where odds were clearly incorrect as a result of a technical fault or human error.
In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspended trading periods at the discretion of bet1770's trading team. Bets placed during a suspension period will be rejected automatically. bet1770 accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues on the player's side that may result in bets being placed later than intended during live events.
Cricket Betting Rules
For cricket betting on BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers, the following specific rules apply:
- For a match result market to be settled, a minimum number of overs (as specified per competition rules) must be completed.
- In the event of a match being abandoned or cancelled before the minimum overs threshold, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
- Player performance markets (e.g., top scorer, most sixes) are settled based on the final official scorecard as published by the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a statistical correction after settlement, markets will not be re-settled.
- Super Overs, if applicable, are counted as part of the match for all relevant markets unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
Maximum Winnings
Maximum single-event winnings on bet1770 are capped at ৳20,00,000 (twenty lakh Taka) per bet slip per day across all sports. Accumulator bets are subject to the same daily cap on total net winnings. bet1770 reserves the right to apply lower individual limits to specific markets, events, or player accounts as deemed appropriate by our trading team.
Bonuses & Promotions
bet1770 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season openers, and ICC tournament finals. All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out below, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
General Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for bet1770 sports bonuses is 8x the bonus amount, and for casino bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses expire within the validity period stated at the time of issue. Bonuses that have not been used or wagered by their expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Eligible Games and Markets
Not all games and markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers on pre-match markets typically contribute 100% toward meeting sports bonus wagering requirements. Casino slot wagers typically contribute 100% toward casino bonus wagering requirements. Live casino table game wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%) as specified in individual promotion terms. System bets and certain exotic markets may be excluded entirely.
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse the bet1770 bonus programme — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, potential account suspension, and forfeiture of any winnings generated from the abused bonus funds.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet1770. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balances withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Multi-accounting: Creating, using, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the platform, whether directly or through a third party.
- Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access the platform as a person under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access the platform via your account or device.

- Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of a match or event outcome that is not publicly available, or participating in any arrangement to fix the result of an event.
- Collusion: Cooperating with another player to manipulate a casino game, poker table outcome, or betting market in a way that constitutes cheating.
- Platform abuse: Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Players are obligated to report such errors to our support team rather than exploit them.
- Money laundering: Using bet1770 as a vehicle for laundering funds of illegal origin through deposits, wagers, and subsequent withdrawals.
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your bet1770 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@bet1770. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to stop gambling for responsible gaming reasons, bet1770 offers a self-exclusion programme. Self-exclusion can be requested for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Operator-Initiated Suspension
bet1770 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred or is suspected on the account.
- The account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
- KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
- A regulatory, compliance, or legal obligation requires us to restrict access.
Permanent Account Termination
Accounts found to be in serious or repeated breach of these Terms & Conditions — particularly those involving fraud, multi-accounting, match-fixing, or money laundering — will be permanently terminated. In such cases, bet1770 reserves the right to withhold all balances, void all pending and unsettled bets, and report the account holder to relevant authorities. No appeal will be considered for permanent terminations arising from clearly fraudulent conduct.
Effect of Closure
Upon closure of your account — whether initiated by you or by bet1770 — these Terms & Conditions continue to apply to any outstanding matters, including pending withdrawals, unsettled bets, bonus clawbacks, and any legal disputes that arose prior to closure. Closure of an account does not release either party from obligations that pre-date the closure.

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability
bet1770 aims to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including network outages, server failures, or force majeure events) may result in temporary service interruption. bet1770 is not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact bet1770's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any formal legal process. bet1770 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
